Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the pickup and delivery details you provide. If weight, size, distance or access conditions differ materially at pickup, we will confirm a revised price with you before proceeding.
Delivery windows
We commit to the pickup and delivery windows we quote. Conditions outside our control — weather, road closures, receiver unavailability — can affect timing; we notify you as soon as we know.
Items we cannot carry
We do not transport hazardous materials outside our licensed scope, illegal items, live animals, or cash and valuables that have not been agreed in advance.
Liability and claims
Shipments are covered by our cargo insurance. Claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. Coverage limits and certificates are available on request.
Payment
Single deliveries are payable on completion unless an account has been established. Contracted routes are invoiced on the agreed schedule.
