When you submit a quote or contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number and delivery details you enter. We collect this only to respond to your request and arrange service.
How we use it
Your information is used to quote and perform delivery services, to contact you about a shipment, and to keep records required for insurance and compliance. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to complete a delivery or required by law.
Protected health information
Where a delivery involves protected health information, that information is handled under HIPAA requirements. Drivers receive privacy training and sign confidentiality agreements, and custody records are retained only as long as required.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they collect aggregate visit data only and never form contents.
